Food for Thought...

If it doesn't challenge you,
 it doesn't change you!
Or maybe it's more like comfort food, when dealing with our sweet middle child Rosie.  Thank goodness she's nearly out of the terrible two's...we'll see who makes it out alive!

P.S.  I'm trying to welcome myself back to the blogging world...we'll see how it goes.

As of Late...

Life lately has been interesting somewhat eventful, somewhat uneventful.  It doesn't really make sense to you I'm sure, but it makes sense to me.  We are currently at a stand still and it is soooo frustrating, but we are trying REALLY hard to enjoy the journey.
Taylor got an amazing job at the hospital in Great Falls working in Cardio-Thorasic surgery.  He passed his boards in the 94th percentile and got his state license just the other day!  So life is good....but will he EVER get to start working?  He is so itching to work, he's found he isn't really the stay at home type, and the build up is just killing us!  Now we are waiting on his DEA license, the hospital credentialing committee and privileges with the insurance companies.  It doesn't seem like much, but it sounds like it may be MAY!  We are praying SOO hard that it will be sooner!  I am just so proud of him for doing such an awesome on the boards, he is going to be a great PA!
The children are growing, growing, growing!  Rosie no longer has the binky and is pretty much potty trained (knock on wood).  She did pretty good.  A few minor accidents (the pool table) and lots of constipation, but she will finally go on her own and do all her business.  It is so funny how she seems so big now.  She is beginning to speak in more complex sentences and with more attitude, if that's possible. She is constantly singing and dancing and playing "princesses".  Anything princess and she is there!  She is currently taking a class that is half ballet and half gymnastics.  She loves it! We are trying to break her of her bad habits, most that come with her attitude.  The problem is she is just so dang cute.
Cruz is doing awesome as well.  As usual he is the BEST big brother out there.  He is always looking out for his sister and trying to teach her some manners.  Although, he is finally learning to stick up for himself and fight back.  It keeps things interesting for sure!  My favorite thing he does lately is sing "I love to see the temple".  He knows all the words and is constantly singing it.  He can write his own name and is also doing gymnastics.  It has been sooo good for him, he has a new found confidence and is so strong!  He is sweet and kind and getting too big too fast!
As for me, I'm expecting!  Yep, it's a girl, coming July 13th.  I can't believe we are having a 3rd, but I am getting excited (part of the reason we need a job and a place of our own)!  Thankfully, I am getting over the sick part and finally getting to enjoy the pregnancy a little!  I can only imagine what this third one's personality will be, but I can't wait to find out.
 Anyway that's our life!

Best Friends

I can't believe she's two, wait, yes I can her attitude is a constant reminder!
She's either singing or screaming with no in-between!
Her least favorite thing, next to brushing her teeth, is wearing shoes.  Every day it is a constant battle to figure out what shoes she will tolerate!
Little Miss Rosie is OBSESSED with princesses.
(The coming princess post will be the evidence!)
She loves dressing up and looking pretty.
She LOVES her belly button.
She is learning to say the prayer by herself, if she can stay focused long enough.
She loves to run and jump.
She has the craziest stick straight hair, most of the time she looks like a little orphan:)
She loves her big brother, even though she picks on him!
Besides the screaming, hitting, biting, not wearing shoes or going to bed,
she's an angel!
We love having her as a part of our family.  She doesn't know that she is our entertainment most of the time, because she is so expressive!
I'm sure she is going to become a famous entertainer of some sort!
All jokes aside, we are so thankful for the void she fills.  We learn so much daily from her and she makes us happy!
Wish us luck in surviving the coming year!
