Memorial Day Weekend

Memorial Day VacationCruz FINALLY decided he will leave his sunglasses on...at least for a little while.
We spent Memorial Day evening with our good friends Brady and Mauri. Cruz LOVED their tree swing!

" Here horsey, horsey..."

So CUTE!

Holter Lake

Nana Chelle and Cruz "throwing rocks".
(What you don't see in this picture is the two of them listening to the conversation going on on the tube next to them. I don't think a rock was ever even thrown :)

3 Generations of Plumbers Butt

Papa and Cruz...throwing Rocks.

Our cute Daddy at Nana and Papa's.

Papa and Cruz had a blast riding the 4 wheeler, despite the cold wind!

The week before we left on vacation, Cruz suddenly decided he liked the 4-wheeler and the motorcycles!!

I don't know who was enjoying themselves more.

Cruz loves helping daddy. So, you can see here he's working hard...with the longest screwdriver possible, of course.
The first enjoyable ride, with daddy.
Taylor would just start to slow down and Cruz would frantically shake his head "NO"!

Cruz has LOVED having his Daddy being done with school.
We get to see him more often, and Cruz eats up every second!
We love Taylor. He is such a good daddy. We are so thankful for his hard work!
We go to Tennessee for another P.A. interview next week!
Pray for us!
Love you All!!

Tauphus Park Zoo

Our Trip to Tauphus Park Zoo Cruz loved the animals...especially those that weren't caged, like this Peacock. He chased it all over the park.

Grandma Pat took care of Ali while she was sick, so she got to go to the zoo with us.

Crystal and Ty drove down and met us. He is the best little boy at the zoo.
Adorable...is the word to describe him.

This is the clan...aren't they cute.
All in all the day went pretty well. Cruz liked the animals, but his attention span isn't quite there yet. By the end he was ready to go. His favorite animal was the otter. We were able to watch them above and below the water. Cruz is fascinated by water, so he thought they were pretty cool.
We love our cousins, and have so much fun when we are able to get together!
Love you All!

It's A GIRL!!

It's a GIRL!

We went for our ultra-sound last week and found out a little girl will be joining us. The due date is October 7th and we are super excited! Everything looked great, which is a huge blessing considering how sick I have been. We went to the doctor again yesterday and he assured us everything is going well. I finally GAINED 1 pound! My first time gaining this whole pregnancy which is a great sign. Just wanted to let you all know the good news!!!

Taylor's ISU Graduation

TAYLOR GRADUATED!!!
Of course the attention was all on CRUZ. He is such a ham. He got a hold of Nana's sunglasses and wouldn't let go. Normally he will only wear them for a second, but he loved these and actually kept them on long enough for us to get a picture!

The SEXY graduate himself! Didn't he look fine?!?!?
The funny story here is that Taylor skipped out early!
Everyone told us to expect at least 3 hours. Well, we were there a good 2 1/2 when Taylor walked. So, I called him...and he actually answered.
Taylor didn't have any objections to leaving early...so we met him out front 15 seconds later!
OH TAYLOR!!

Our graduation weekend went off without a hitch. The food was great, the weather was fine, and the company was wonderful! We are so thankful to our families and friends for helping us make it this far. There is nothing more priceless than our family and friends. We love you all!
Next, Cruz and I wanted to share our love and appreciation for Taylor. He has been the best daddy and husband ever! We are so thankful for his hard work and the opportunity it gives us to be home together! We know he works harder than most in his position and we love him everyday for it! Congratulations honey! We love you!
P.S. Some how I didn't get a picture of Tay with his mommy and daddy...So, Chelle, I need one! Without the two of you we wouldn't be where we are today!

Our little ANGEL!!

Look how much he's grown!

CRUZ went to nursery TODAY!!!

I don't know who was more ready, me or Cruz. The last few Sunday's at church, plain wore me out. By the end of Relief Society I was thinking, "Why do I even come? I didn't hear any of that lesson!" That would be because my cute little boy is a social butterfly who is interested in getting to know everything and every one! I would spend all of church trying to keep him distracted, but he is so social, nothing lasted long.

Cruz will be 18 months here in a couple of weeks, so we thought we would start introducing him to nursery today. Taylor went in with him, and to my surprise was in Sunday School with me a few minutes later. I don't know why I was surprised, but Cruz loved being with the other kids so much, he didn't even notice his daddy was gone! SO CUTE!

We are so blessed to have such a sweet little boy! He is the angel in our lives. He is always there to make us smile, and think twice about being in a bad mood. He is still so small, but already has a BIG heart. He is always the kind, comforting friend that is there for me while I'm leaning over the toilet, thinking twice about this new little gift that will be joining us in a few months! Life would not be the same without his sweet smile, and squinty eyes...not to mention his loud, boisterous voice always reminding us he's here! We LOVE our little CRUZ, and can't believe he is already so big!!

LOVE YOU CRUZ!
XOXOXO!
