"Each time a hope is fulfilled, it creates confidence and leads to greater hope."
- President Dieter F. Uchtdorf
Tennessee Here We Come!
Life has thrown us a challenging year, but I kept telling Taylor to have faith and everything would work out the way it is supposed to. Well, our faith was definitely tried, and we aren't ending up where we thought we would....BUT we are so thankful and excited for our adventure.
For those who don't know, Taylor was accepted to P.A. School in Tennessee.
I never thought hearing the actual words could cause such mixed emotions! I was filled with such joy and thankfulness, but I was also flooded with emotions of fear and anxiety of the months ahead. The Lord isn't making the move easy, of course. Taylor starts on Oct. 5...my due date is Oct. 7!!!!
However, the blessing outweighs the challenge!
I was reading Elder Uchtdorf's talk called "The Infinite Power of Hope", you all should go to lds.org and read it, I feel that power right now!
We are so thankful for the gospel, without it the past year would have seemed nearly insurmountable. But some how we made it!
Elder Uchtdorf ends with these powerful and amazing words...hope you love them!
"The Lord has given us a reassuring message of hope: “Fear not, little flock.” God will wait with “open arms to receive” those who give away their sins and continue in faith, hope, and charity.
And to all who suffer—to all who feel discouraged, worried, or lonely—I say with love and deep concern for you, never give in.
Embrace and rely upon the Hope of Israel, for the love of the Son of God pierces all darkness, softens all sorrow, and gladdens every heart."
Love you all...have faith and HOPE!

Congrats on Tennessee! I'm sure it will be an adventure! They always are, but we have found moving far from home brings you so much closer as a family and as a couple. It's not always fun, especially when you have to go to foreign lands like Tenn, or in our case Lousiana soon. But, we hope you all the best!!
Congrats on getting into schoool! We are excited for you to take this next step for your future! Moving away from home is hard, but wonderful too! Good luck!
I am certainly excited for your family as you embark on this new journey. Jeremy and I grew in ways never thought possible. Being away from family can be a blessing, if you let it be. You are very insightful, have a safe journey and if you need a place to stay along the way we will be here in good ol' Missouri!
We are going to miss you guys more than you know. We love you all!
