Welcome to Tennesse!!

Welcome to Tennessee... Cruz and his daddy in the pool at our new house!
To kill some time one day, we went to knoxville zoo and Cruz LOVED it!

Daddy Tay Tay...a serious picture...a miracle!

Cruz and Grandpa-Great Lies

Cruz and Ali having fun in the water at Grandma and Grandpa Ras's.

Cruz wearing his daddy's t-shirt...He had to hold his arms up so he wouldn't step on the bottom of his shirt.

Cruz and Uncle Teigy basking in the sun...

We have Arrived!
It's been a while...but hopefully we are getting back into the swing of things. Our summer has flown by and now it is already September. Taylor is getting ready for orientation next week and we have a baby that will be coming in the next few weeks. We live in a new city, new house, new ward, and are adjusting...ever so slowly. We have never had this much time on our hands and Taylor isn't so sure he is a fan of being unemployed! We can't wait for him to start his new adventure of Physician's Assistant school, and neither can he.
Cruz is now sleeping in a big boy bed, and loving every minute of it!! We put him in it after we had been in our new place for a couple of days and he hasn't given us any problems (knock on wood please). He is figuring out the area and is beginning to understand that this is our new home. His favorite part is the pond at the entrance to our complex, he says hello and goodbye to the ducks every time we enter or exit...it never gets old. He is such a cutie and is starting to talk our ear off. He finally starting to get the rest of his bottom teeth, in fact his has two new ones...two more to go. He's also trying to count, the funny thing is that he always starts with two and then he only makes it to three...but we are working on it. He is so excited for his new little sister! He loves to give my belly (the baby) kisses and hugs, it is so adorable! I'm not sure he fully comprehends what is going on here...He loves babies though, so we will see how he handles it when the baby is taking away his attention! We love him so much!

A week after landing in Tennessee, our dearest Grandpa Ross (Rosie) passed away. This was such a hard blow to take. Unfortunately, because of my due date being just around the corner, we were not able to go home for the funeral. It was and at times still is a difficult road, but we are so thankful for the time we had to share with him and learn from him. We miss his smile, his contagious and uncontrollable laugh, his silent but strong testimony, his friendship, but most of all his presence. What a wonderful father and grandpa he was to us all! We love him and miss him dearly!

Keep in touch!! We just moved across the country...not to another world or something, right?!?!
Love you All!

Congratulations on the move! Let the journey begin! I'm sure you'll love your experience and take away many fond memories and friends. We have 5 years left in Missouri...I'm a little nervous, but the show must go on! Look forward to pictures of your beauty! Good Luck!

Hi guys! Glad to hear that you're moved and settling in. What a fun adventure! We moved to Miles City(which is only like 5 hours from my family) 3 weeks before Avery was born. And it was a tough tough thing. But, it was also the best thing we ever did! I'm excited for you guys...good luck...keep us all posted on baby girl Lies!

Hiya Lady! I tried to call you. We are in the process of moving, but I'm going to try again this afternoon. I hope the adjustment gets better. I hope you find that it was a great decision and end up loving it. I remember the first few months were hard. I'm sorry about Grampa Ras. It hurt my heart to hear he had passed, although I was very happy for him. Love ya girl!
